I make this mistake all the time. The component in the repo is PCL- 
Spatial. It was so named because there were non-geometry classes in  
envelope.py. Now that we've refactored those to be geometries, PCL- 
Geometry might be the better name for this component after all.

I expect that GEOS 2.2.2 will be released before PCL-Spatial/Geometry.

Hopefully, it would not become completely asynchronous. Although  
setuptools let me down on my Mac during the sprint, it could still be  
useful in managing dependencies between components. On the other  
hand, it won't help for release management.
