[Community]Problems install PRIMA on Windows XP

Hi all,

Appreciate andy help on this one...
Failing to make progress using Zope 2.9,  I Installed

Zope 2.8.8
Plone 2.5
ElementTree 2.2.6
PCL

Upto that point alls well.
Installed ZCO and I got these errors in the error log.

I am using zope 2.8.8 as it includes python 23 and the executables for PCL
were compiil with Python23,  therefore have set paths, and the proj.dll to
the folders within Zope2.8.8 installation.
