[Community] zgeo WFS server alpha version

Hello,

We have made few fixes on our WFS implementation, and now it does work with
uDIG.
Just add the layer (url =
http://84.14.57.149:8081/proto/cities/wfs?SERVICE=WFS&VERSION=1.0.0&REQUEST=getcapabilities)
and you should see Paris and Madrid (coordinates are probably wrong, but
anyway)
