Hello,
I think the Maps product or the PloneGoogleMaps product should fit your
needs:
http://plone.org/products/maps
http://plone.org/products/plone-google-maps
but you will need something else to publish your PostGIS data to GoogleMaps
as a valid layer (WMS or KML)
if you want to do it using Plone only, you can use PrimaGIS to manage
MapServer:
http://plone.org/products/primagis
or you can use a non-Plone/ZOPE mechanism
