[Community] GeoJSON==1.0a3

Hello

MapFish release 0.2 relies on GeoJSON==1.0a3. But this version seems
to be no longer available on pypi.python.org, so the egg installation
through easy_install fails. What should we do? Is it a mistake of ours
to think every egg version remains on pypi?
