[Community] Rtree update

Hi all,

Today I closed the 2 open Rtree bugs (#160, #171) and am ready to make
an 0.4.2 release soon. Is anybody sitting on any unreported bugs?

Discussion with CouchDB developers inspired me to look at using the
multiprocessing package to share an Rtree instance with any number of
other processes. Recipe here:
