[Community] buffer problem

Hi,

I grabbed GEOS 3.0.4 sources and compiled with VC7.
Here's link to geos.dll that you can put in your Python25/DLLs
directory. Should work with Python24 as well

Works in my app. Also looks like that now only this file is
needed (previously I'm not sure if the two DLLs were really
necessary).

Sorry, I wasn't following this discussion closely so I'm not
sure if there was really need for GEOS version 3.0.1 exactly.
I'm using Shapely 1.0.11, I think.
