Shapely 1.2.3 has been upload to PyPI and http://gispython.org/dist and the wiki page has been updated. This version adds a mapping() function that returns a GeoJSON-like mapping of an object (inverse of shape()) and fixes a major bug involving GEOS versions < 3.1 introduced in 1.2.2.
