Hi,
This is wierd - it looks like you have reached the wms server but the
server has rejected your request.
I've just tried the same code using a fresh easy install on python 2.5.2
and 2.6.4 and both worked fine.
Do you have Wget on OSX?
What happens if you do this at the command line:
wget http://wms.jpl.nasa.gov/wms.cgi
Does that retrieve some sort of wms response or do you get a 403 error?
What about if you make the same request from a browser?
