[Community] zgeo.geographer - Zope 2.12 and Plone4

Hi, 
I tried to use zgeo.geographer with Zope2.12.x and Plone4

I think the inclusion of zope.app.security package in zcml to define a class permissions don't work with new Zope versions

Here we have a patch to fix this:
- http://svn.plone.org/svn/collective/collective.geo.kml/buildout/zgeo-geographer.patch

pay attention, this patch will break the compatibility with the previous Zope version
e.g.
- Zope2.10.x and Plone3.x
